Blue Ribbon Management is working closely with TINO Education in Shanghai, a professional consulting company providing services to companies, universities and individuals in the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia and other countries. TINO's primary services include study abroad consulting; recruiting and foreign higher education consulting; investment immigration consulting and short-term training courses. We are also collaborating with overseas education institutions to build sister school relations; consult with schools abroad to increase enrollment of foreign students in Chinese universities as well as assist Chinese universities in the recruitment of foreign professors and experts from various fields for both short-term and long-term education and training.

In Mainland China, TINO Education is designated to collaborate on teaching and study abroad programs with several well-known education agencies, immigration agencies, training institutions as well as several well-known international universities. TINO has various strong relationships with a number of US based immigration agencies and investment companies.   TINO also has many established and strong relationships with high schools in Washington, D.C., California, New York and Illinois high schools. Moreover, TINO's partnership with schools from Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

TINO's extensive history of success and a large professional social network include close and well-established connection with Shanghai Academy of Social Science and the Shanghai Non-Government Education Foundation for building a 3+2 and 4+1 students’ exchange programs between Shanghai universities and US universities.   Our role is very important as a bridge to link education between the United States and China.
