The Rose is a new boutique hotel coming to the Pearl District, a new mixed-use development in Rosemont, Illinois. The project is located at the corner of I-294 and Balmoral Avenue, approximately 1.25 miles from O'Hare International Airport. The 165-room project features multiple high-technology meeting rooms, a bar/restaurant, and a 5th floor fitness facility. The project site has a competitive advantage due to its ease of access onto the highway and ample parking. The project broke ground in 2017. Janko Group LLC is spearheading the development of the project.
