Hyatt Place is a 150 room hotel which was built in eastern edge of the Brewery complex just west of new Bucks arena.  A dining area for buffet and 2,000 square feet of meeting space were constructed within the building.  Hyatt Corporate has identified Milwaukee market as a strategic location for their Hyatt Place brand.  Janko Group, developer based in Illinois, lead the project. This project completed the new building development at the Brewery complex and is situated predominantly at the Juneau Avenue entrance to the Brewery.
