Eleven25 at Pabst is one of the largest historic renovations in the state of Wisconsin. Located in the former Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery, this student-housing focused renovation of the former Bottling Building has a unique industrial quality. The first floor has been carefully restored and repurposed into mixed-use development including residential, office, a food court, and convenience store. The 2nd and 3rd floors are all residential ranging from studios to 4-bedroom lofted units. Eleven25 at Pabst in total has 151 units and 373 bedrooms. Many of these units feature stunning views of the adjacent Pabst Brewery buildings and/or views of the downtown skyline. Eleven25 at Pabst has brought students from local universities and technical schools together to foster diversity, collaboration, and culture. Eleven25 at Pabst has spurred a revival of interest in the former Pabst Brewery for students and others seeking a neighborhood in which to "work, live, learn and play."
